Hatis Mountain is located in the north-east of Kotayk hill. The height of mountain is 2528m. On the top of mountain there are underground rescue shelters.

Day tour to the mount Ara (2577m)

Mount Ara is situated in Aragatsotn and Kotayk provinces. It's a misterious volcanic crater, situated in between the rivers of Hrazdan and Kasakh. Mount Ara is one of the most visited mountains in Armenia. Many hikers like it, because, even being not so high it is still attractive. During this hiking tour you will have an opportunity visit Tsakhkevank chapel, a perfect place for the pilgrims.

Day 1 Arrival in Yerevan. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Evening city walking tour.
Day 2 Tour to the beautiful monastery of Geghard, located in a deep canyon carved into the rock. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage List. Then we will visit Garni temple. It is unique survived example of heathen culture in Armenia. It is blend of Greco-Roman and Armenian styles. Lunch in Garni with participation in the preparation of the traditional Armenian bread ''lavash'' and charming walk along the river at the base of the basaltic colonnades.
Transfer to the Lake Kari 3200m. Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 3 Early in the morning ascent to the South (3879m) and Western peaks (3995m)
Descent. Lunch. Recreation.
Return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Early morning departure to the South of the country. The first stop in the monastery of Noravank. The 13th century. Lunch in a local restaurant. Along the way we will cross the region of Ararat. Stop in Khor Virap, which is the most famous pilgrimage site in Armenia. From the monastery one can admire the stunning view of the Biblical Mount Ararat.
Arrival in Yerevan.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Тransfer from the hotel to the airport, departure.

Armenia's different varieties of climates depend on the absolute height of the land. Summer is dry and sunny, lasting from June to mid-September. Winter is short and quite cold with plenty of snow. In the mountains the average summer temperature ranges between +10 and +22°C, and in the winter temperatures range between +2 and -14 °C.
Day 1 Departure from Yerevan to Sevan Lake. Visit Sevanavank monastery. Then we continue our trip to the North part of Armenia, Tavush region. Visit Jukhtak Vank and Matosavank. Drive to Dilijan. Biking in Dilijan city (overnighting).
Day 2 Drive to Parz Lake, visit Goshavank monastery, from there starts bike trip to Gosh lake. Drive to Aghavnavank, bike trip. Driving back to Yerevan.
